Has the vacuum cleaner not been cleaned after inhaling smelly rubbish?
→ If you care about the odor during the re-operation, please remove the rubbish
and maintain the fi lters inside the dust bin (P. EN10 ~ EN13)
This is the sound produced by the internal parts (rollers and levers) of the
rolling switch and is not abnormal.
Is the dust bin installed correctly? (P. EN10 ~ EN11)
In the automatic mode, the vacuum cleaner automatically adjusts the suction
power according to the amount of the rubbish and causes the operating sound
to fl uctuate. It is not abnormal.
Are the extension wand, nozzle, dust bin (including each fi lter), pre fi lter
blocked?
→ Perform maintenance (P. EN10 ~ EN13)
Please run again.
Is there dust on the dust sensor lamp?
→ Wipe the rubbish, dust, etc. attached to the sensor with a soft, dry cloth
(P. EN12)
In the following cases, the dust sensor lamp may stay lit and will not go out. It
is not abnormal.
• When vacuuming a new carpet, etc. (because of the loose fuzz of it)
• When vacuuming bedding such as quilts, blankets, etc. (There may be
much keratin, dander, mite, etc.)
→ After vacuuming, debris such as loose fuzz, keratin, dander, mite, etc. will
gradually decrease, and the lamp will slowly extinguish
If the lamps are turned on at the same time, the temperature is abnormal.
→ Wait 5 to 30 minutes and check if the protection device is activated (P. EN14)
When they fl ash at the same time, the dust bin, nozzle, extension wand, and air
passageway may be blocked.
