MOUNTING THE NECK SEAL The SLT system is designed as a modular seal attachment platform providing the opportunity to quickly change a broken, torn or aged seal. It allows you the flexibility to choose from a variety of seals made from neoprene, latex or silicone. 1.

MOUNTING THE NECK SEAL 5. Push the Neck Tite Tool forward along the Lock Ring until all of it has been force into the groove in the Neck Ring. (Strive to get the same amount of excess part of seal around the entire assembly, see image 6 of this section) 6.

DETACHING THE NECK SEAL 1. Press the Neck Tite Tool towards the bottom of the groove in the Neck Ring. (See also cross section in image 2 of this section). 2. Press the tool in the direction of the arrow and force the groove in the Neck Ring to “open up”...

MOUNTING THE WRIST SEAL 1. Assemble the wrist seal by inserting it through the Oval Stiff Ring and bringing it back 1.5cm over the ring. 2. Different drysuits, drysuit designs and fabrics demand a different approach when mounting the seal. Refer to images 3-4. NOTE: A silicone seal has a shiny surface on one side and a matte finish on the other.

ATTACHING TO THE PU-RING 1. Now it is time to mount the Oval Stiff Ring with seal into the PU-Ring on the drysuit. Read the step by step instructions carefully so as not to damage the seal or mismatch the rings. 2.

DETACHING THE WRIST SEAL ASSEMBLY 1. Grab the assembly as shown in the images. Push the front end of the PU-Ring up and away from the Oval Stiff Ring using your thumbs. At the same time press the back end of the PU-Ring inwards to press the Oval Stiff Ring out of its position to release the whole assembly.

MAINTENANCE & STORAGE • Remove the Oval Stiff Ring regularly to rinse the cuff seal and/or glove from salt or debris. • Remove the Oval Stiff Ring if the drysuit shall be stored for prolonged periods. Doing this will decrease stress on the PU-Ring. Long periods of stress on the PU-Ring might result in leakage or other damage to the system.
