Tying work
CAUTION:
Before inserting the battery car-
tridge, be sure to release your fingers from the
switch trigger and lock the trigger. I f y ou insert
t h e batter y c artri d ge w h ile t h e s w it c h trigger is being
pulle d , it ma y c ause an a c c i d ent i f t h e w ire t y ing
pro c ess is a c c i d entall y c arrie d out.
CAUTION:
W hen you turn the power on, never
bring your limbs or face close to the binding or
rotating parts of the tool tip. O t h er w ise, y ou ma y
be injured.
CAUTION:
W hen the power is turned on,
never touch the binding or rotating parts of the
tool tip. Otherwise, you may be injured.

Preparation before work
1.
Make sure t h at t h e batter y c artri d ge is remo v e d
an d t h e trigger is lo c ke d .
2.
I nsert t h e batter y c artri d ge into t h e tool, an d turn
t h e po w er on. W h en y ou turn t h e po w er on, t h e w ire is
c ut automati c all y .
NOTICE:
Make sure that the tying mode lamp
lights up when the power is turned on. If it does
not light up, recharge the battery.

Single actuation mode
1.

t h e arm against t h e point w h ere t h e rebars c ross at a
4 5 - d egree angle.

CAUTION:
If the wire has clung to the binding
part of the tool tip, turn the power of the tool off.
Lock the trigger, remove the battery cartridge,
and remove the wire using tools such as nippers
or pliers.

1.

W h ile pulling t h e s w it c h trigger, pus h t h e tool
v erti c all y against t h e rebars, an d press t h e arm against
t h e point w h ere t h e rebars c ross at a 4 5 - d egree angle.
Press the contact plate firmly against the tying point.
T h e w ire w ill be tie d .

Cautions on working
I f y ou mo v e t h e arm f rom t h e t y ing position d uring
t h e w ire t y ing pro c ess, t h e w ire w ill get stu c k on
t h e h ook, w h i c h ma y lea d to in c orre c t t y ing.
Keep pressing t h e tool against t h e rebars until t h e
w ire t y ing pro c ess is c omplete d .
D o not mo v e to t h e ne x t t y ing point until t h e c ur-
rent w ire t y ing pro c ess is c omplete d .
T h e tool tip rotating part ( h ook ) t w ists t h e w ire
during the wire tying process. Hold the grip firmly
so t h at y our bo d y is not pulle d b y t h e tool.
D o not tou c h t h e w ires d uring t h e w ire t y ing
pro c ess.
I f y ou are repeating t h e w ire t y ing pro c esses in
the single actuation mode, fully release your finger
f rom t h e s w it c h trigger. T h en, c ontinue to operate
t h e s w it c h trigger.
I f y ou pull t h e s w it c h trigger w h en t h ere is no tie
w ire le f t, an error is d ispla y e d . R epla c e w it h a ne w
tie w ire an d restart t h e tool.
Tying tips
T ilt t h e tool at a 4 5 ° angle to t h e c rosse d rebars,
and tie alternately as shown in the figure.

If tying strength is insufficient, change the tying
orientation an d per f orm t y ing t w i c e so t h at t y ing
strengt h in c reases.

Replacing the tie wires
CAUTION:
W hen you replace the wire, be sure
to turn the power off, lock the trigger, and remove
the battery cartridge. F ailure to d o so ma y c ause an
a c c i d ent.
