    W A R N I N G USE OF THIS PRODUCT AND PARTICIPATION IN PARASAILING INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS OF INJURY OR DEATH. 1. The Super Shuttle™ is designed to carry no more than 7 persons or 1,500 lbs/680kg. Shuttle can carry 6 Passengers plus 1 supervising Crew Member. 2.
  • Page 5 ▪ Do not use a tow rope with elastic or bungee material to pull Shuttle. Such an addition can break or stretch, which may lead to injury of PWC operators or Shuttle occupants. ▪ The stress on the tow rope is different than the stress on the Shuttle. Stress will vary with the weight of the riders combined with the force of wind, waves and currents acting on the Shuttle as well as Shuttle impact with waves and surf.

  • Page 8 ▪ Keep away from the tow rope and Shuttle tow harness to avoid injury. Passengers can be hit or become entangled in the ropes. ▪ Ensure tow rope is clear of all body parts prior to starting out or during use. Inspect tow rope and its attachments before using.
  • Page 9 Step 2 Before starting the inflation process, locate all 5 air chamber valve openings on the Super Shuttle. Use the RAVE Sports Inflator/Deflator (item #01083) for inflating the Shuttle. valves IMPORTANT: Inflate tubes only until the Super Shuttle takes shape (about 80% to 90% air volume).

    Push in full and turn ¼ turn to lock in place. NOTE: RAVE Sports’ special adaptor found on the High Speed Inflator and Digital Pressure Gauge will automatically open the valve when inserted and will close the valve when removed.
  • Page 11 Step 3 Carry (DO NOT DRAG) the Shuttle and place in shallow water. Step 4 Attach proper rated tow line/rope (not included) to the Shuttle Towing Harness. • Feed tow line through the open forward hole of BOTH nylon sliding rings. It is critical to tow with both rings together.
  • Page 12 ▪ Conduct test runs without passengers to gain experience with the Shuttle docking procedure, approach angles, speeds, securing Shuttle to parasail boat, releasing Shuttle from boat, etc. Always attach docking line Attach second docking line to forward D-Ring to shuttle D-Ring which best aligns with aft boat cleat IMPORTANT: For safe passenger transfer, Shuttle must be tightly secured to the Parasail Boat with NO GAP between Shuttle and Boat.
  • Page 13 SAFELY OPERATING YOUR RAVE SUPER SHUTTLE Beach Boarding Procedure: ▪ Always secure Super Shuttle on the beach in a position that will not allow the Surf to pull it out to sea. Orient the Shuttle so the bow is facing away from the beach towards open water. Do not allow the Shuttle to position itself sideways against incoming waves.
