ADJUSTMENTS Adjust Flow Control It is recommended and good safety practice to use an additional means to support the dock platform and lip anytime when physically working in front of or under the dock leveler. This additional means may include, but is not limited to a boom truck, fork truck, stabilizing bar or equivalent.
ADJUSTMENTS Adjust Main Pressure Relief Main Pressure Relief Adjustment Note: The main pressure relief valve (A, Figure 32) may need to be increased if the platform does not rise or rises slowly and the system operates in pressure relief mode. The main pressure relief may need to be decreased if the pump motor loads down when platform reaches the full raised position.
TROUBLESHOOTING It is recommended and good safety practice to use an additional means to support the dock platform and lip anytime when physically working in front of or under the dock leveler. This additional means may include, but is not limited to a boom truck, fork truck, stabilizing bar or equivalent.
