The specification „S3 1 min. 20%" on the
rating plate means that you may activate the
soldering gun for 12 seconds, after which it
has to remain OFF for 48 seconds. If you fail
to observe this point, the soldering tip will
overheat and the soldering gun will be dama-
ged.
