    CALLISTO. Figure 3-1 shows the selection panel of the CALLISTO. The Callisto 1 can, depending on the settings, dispense the following beverages: a cup of coffee, a mug of coffee, a jug of coffee. The Callisto choc can, depending on its settings, dispense the following beverages: a cup of chocolate, a mug of chocolate, a jug of chocolate, hot water.

    C O F F E E T E C H N O L O G I E S PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR USE A few operations must be carried out before the CALLISTO is ready for use. Although these installation operations should be carried out by qualified personnel, they are listed step by step below.

    Instruction for use CALLISTO C O F F E E T E C H N O L O G I E S MAINTENANCE Product quality will not be guaranteed unless the machine is maintained thoroughly on a regular basis. The reason is that certain vital parts of the machine are very sensitive to contamination.

    C O F F E E T E C H N O L O G I E S Weekly maintenance The parts used to prepare the drinks must be cleaned regularly. The CALLISTO must be cleaned thoroughly once a week. ☞ Use a damp cloth to clean the inside and outside of the machine.
