    C O F F E E T E C H N O L O G I E S PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR USE Certain operations have to be carried out before the Callisto Mini is ready for use. Although these installation operations should be carried out by qualified personnel, they are listed step by step below.

    Instruction for use Callisto Mini C O F F E E T E C H N O L O G I E S MAINTENANCE Product quality will not be guaranteed unless the machine is maintained thoroughly on a regular basis. The reason is that certain vital parts of the machine are very sensitive to contamination.

    C O F F E E T E C H N O L O G I E S Weekly maintenance The parts used to prepare the drinks must be cleaned regularly. The Callisto Mini must be cleaned thoroughly once a week. ☞ Use a damp cloth to clean the inside and outside of the machine.
