7. TROUBLESHOOTING

Remedy
Make sure that the ignition of the car is switched on. Check the cabling of the power
supply. (see Assembly section) Check the fuse of the car.
Check the cable connection of the vehicle's supply line and adapt it to the connection
on the car radio. For some car manufacturers, the two cables, steady plus (clamp
30) and switched plus (clamp 15) must be reversed.
Switch the radio into another operating mode, e.g. FM reception Increase the vol-
ume with the rotary control
In DAB receiver mode, sufficient reception must be ensured for a radio signal to be
heard.
Check the cable connections to the loudspeakers (see Mounting section)
Change the FM frequency or carry out a new station search. Check the antenna for
damage and ensure that the antenna connector is inserted.
Check the Bluetooth settings on your desired mobile device. Please read Bluetooth
section.
Check the formatting of the data carrier. Only FAT32 formatted data carriers can
be detected.
