6. INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION

For safety reasons, please allow the installation and connection of the device to be performed by trained specialist personnel.

If necessary, search for a specialist workshop to have the connection of the radio performed.

The device may only be operated with a 12 volt DC operating voltage.

Disconnect the negative battery connector (ground) before wiring the radio to the car battery.

To avoid a short circuit, make sure that the connection cables of the vehicle's wiring harness do not touch.

Note that the connection of the ISO plug must be connected to the radio's ignition lock to ensure the radio is switched off while the ignition
is turned off.

When drilling holes, make sure that no vehicle parts are damaged.

The cross-section of plus and minus cables should not fall below 1.5 mm2.

Depending on the vehicle type, this description may differ. We accept no liability for damage due to installation or connection errors.

Please note that when installing an audio amplifier, the housing ground must first be connected before the plugs for the LINE Out sockets
can be connected.
NOTE:
This radio is equipped with a standard ISO 10487 connector that is compatible with most vehicle types.
If your vehicle has a different radio connection that does not comply with this ISO, please contact your car service partner or a specialised dealer for
car radio accessories.
