■ When a UPS serial port is not recognized normally,

After connecting a USB cable to a computer, if the above message appears and it is not
recognized, try the following procedure.
① Press the restart button of this product with a tip of a clip and wait 30 seconds.
※Restart time of this product is about 30 seconds.

② Select [Start] -> [Settings].
③ Enter "device manager" at "search" field to search, and click the device manager(M)
displayed.
④ Confirm whether "ELMO GMAS(COM*)" or "USB Serial Device (COM*)"is displayed in
"Port (COM and LPT)
