NTRODUCTION
12. Seat

The seat can be adjusted forward or back-

ward. The seat adjustment lever is located
below the front edge of the of the seat bot-
tom. To adjust the seat, move the lever to

the left and slide the seat to the desired
position. Releasing the adjustment lever
locks the seat in place.
13. Cargo Bed Tie Down
Holes
There are four holes located in the frame of
the cargo bed, two along each side. These
holes are for use with cargo straps with
hooks on each end or cargo nets with hooks
used for securing items to the deck during
transport.

14. Headlight (if equipped)

Halogen and LED are available as an
option. Only the LED light is available on the
Type E and Type EE Vehicles.
15. Taillight
The taillight is connected to the light switch
on the control panel.
16. Operator Present Switch
The operator present switch is located under the
seat, attached to the seat deck panel. This switch
allows the operation of the vehicle only when the
operator is properly seated. If the operator
stands or leaves the seat during operation, the
vehicle will stop. If the vehicle is shut down by the
switch, the operator will need to reset the key
switch to Neutral before pressing the accelerator.

17. Seat Lock (Type EE Vehicles)
Type EE vehicles have a hasp installed on the
seat deck panel. The hasp may be secured with
a padlock to restrict access to the batteries by
unauthorized personnel.
18. Run Tow Switch
The Run-Tow switch allows the vehicle to be

moved without turning the key to RNF.
NOTE: The RUN/TOW Switch must be returned
to the RUN/STORAGE position after towing the
vehicle. If the switch is in the TOW position for an
extended period of time, it will drain the batteries.
