Troubleshooting

Many potential problems can be resolved by the owner without calling a
service technician.
If something is wrong with this product, check the following before calling
your authorised SHARP dealer or service center.
Symptom
No sound is heard.
Sound is heard
from one side only.
The button did

The volume level set to minimum.

Are the connections made correctly.

Is the input selector switch properly switched?.
z
Is the volume of the source device set to "0".
z
Is the connected device powered on?.
z
Is the connected device properly connected to this unit?
z
Is the pairing information for the device you want to use by pairing
z
another Bluetooth device deleted? Please try pairing again.
Is it set to output audio from another Bluetooth device, such as when
z
two units are connected simultaneously? Press and hold the
button for about 2 seconds to switch the device
z
Is the distance between this unit and the Bluetooth device too long?
z
Is the Bluetooth setting of the connected device turned off?
z
The audio cable may not be connected correctly.
z
Insert the cable plug all the way into the terminals of the Bluetooth
transmitter and TV
Is the audio cable using a 3.5 mm / 3 pole type?
z
Turn off the power of this unit and then turn it on again.
z
Charging may be low. Charge using the supplied or commercially
z
available micro USB cable.
If the battery does not turn on after charging, or if it turns off
z
immediately, the battery may be exhausted.
The unit is too near to a device that generates electromagnetic
z
radiation.
There is an obstacle between the unit and the Bluetooth stereo audio
z
source device
Is the volume to high, please lower the volume.
z
Is the sound partner no sound
z
If the temperature of the environment you are using is high,
z
the power is turned off for safety. Please use within the operating
temperature range.
