    Bedienung des Gerätes Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme zum Zyklusstart und zu jedem wei- teren Beginn einer neuen Zyklus-Messreihe wird die kleine runde Starttaste benötigt. Mit ihr geben Sie den Zyklusstart ein. Das sollte möglichst am ersten Tag Ihrer Menstruation geschehen. Die Starttaste bitte fest drücken und solange gedrückt halten, bis die Eingabe mit einem Piepston be- stätigt wird.

    Bedienung des Gerätes Was tun, wenn am ersten Tag der Menstruation cyclotest ® baby nicht zur Hand war oder die Eingabe vergessen wurde? Sie drücken wieder die kleine runde Zyklusstart-Taste fest und lange. Gleichzeitig drücken Sie die rechte Richtungstaste so oft, bis auf dem Display Ihr aktueller Zyklustag erscheint (z.B.
  • Page 10 Bedienung des Gerätes Sie können oral, rektal oder vaginal messen, sollten jedoch bei dem einmal gewählten Messort bleiben. Die Messung unter dem Arm (axil- lar) ergibt ungenaue Werte. Sie ist deshalb zur Durchführung von ge- nauen Messungen ungeeignet. Empfohlen wird die Messung unter der Zunge bei geschlossenen Lip- pen.
  • Page 11 Bedienung des Gerätes cyclotest ® baby hat ein Zeitfenster von vier Stunden und kann Ihre Messungen auch dann speichern, wenn Sie bis zu zwei Stunden vor bzw. zwei Stunden nach der anfangs festgelegten Uhrzeit messen. Sollten Sie außerhalb dieser 4 Stunden messen, wird die Messung nicht gespeichert und es erscheint folgende Anzeige: Bild Nr.

    Häufig gestellte Fragen Sind ein oder zwei Messungen ausgefallen, so macht das nichts. Ein- fach am nächsten Tag normal weiter messen. Sind in einem Zyklus zu wenig auswertbare Messungen vorhanden, zeigt das Gerät zu Ihrer Sicherheit eine längere fruchtbare Phase als üblich an. Wichtig: Mit jeder ersten Messung im Zyklus legen Sie das Zeitfenster von 4 Stunden für die tägliche Messung fest.

With cyclotest® baby you have acquired a modern unit for determin- ing the most important phases in your cycle. Simple, fully automatic measurement of wake-up temperature enables you to pinpoint your fertile and infertile days.

    Operating the unit Initial operation of the unit Press the small round Start button during initial operation to start the cycle and to start each subsequent new series of cycle measurements. You enter the start of the cycle with the Start button. This should be done if possible on the first day of your menstruation.

  • Page 52 Operating the unit You can take the measurement orally, rectally or vaginally, but you should then stick to the point of measurement you have chosen. Measuring under the arm (axillary) produces inaccurate results. It is therefore unsuitable for taking accurate measurements. We recommend that you take the measurement under your tongue with your mouth closed.
