It is necessary to place a damp fabric strip which must envelop the “Thermoretractable Joint” so that it is duly protected from high temperatures caused by the blowlamp flame as shown in the figure below.

    ASSEMBLY AND USER MANUAL SOLAR BLOCK ULTRA 6.3.7. Vacuum Before loading the refrigerant fluid, it is essential to vacuum the installation. The vacuum is intended to remove all air and moisture from the circuit. The vacuum pump must be connected by means of pressure gauges to the suction line (rotolock valve ) and to the liquid line (access valve located after the expansion valve), in order to ensure that the vacuum is carried out throughout the entire refrigeration circuit.
