取り扱いと取り付け注意事項
本項目はアブソコーダ検出器とシルナックシリンダについて、取り付けや取り扱い上の注意をまとめたものです。アブソコーダ検出器には、
1回転の回転角度を検出するVREシリーズ、多回転の回転角度を検出するMREシリーズ、直線移動量をそのまま検出するVLSシリーズがありま
す。それぞれ扱い方法が異なりますので、安全にお使いいただくために本項目をよくお読みいただき、正しくお使いください。
This manual explains the ABSOCODER sensor and CYLNUC cylinder installation and handling precautions. The ABSOCODER is available in a
VRE series for angle detection through 1 revolution, an MRE series for angle detection through multiple revolutions, and a VLS series for detection
of linear travel amounts. As each series must be handled differently, please read this manual carefully to ensure that the ABSOCODER model in
question is used in a safe manner.
１． 回転型アブソコーダ （VRE、 MRE）
1 取り扱い
1）本体
ABSOCODER unit
検出器本体を落下させたり、過度な力や衝撃
を加えないでください。
Never drop the Sensor, or subject it to
excessive forces or shocks.
2）ケーブル
Cable
ケーブルを無理に引っ張ったり踏んだりしない
でください。
Avoid stepping on, or applying excessive
stress to the cable.

取り付け
1）取り付け方法
Mounting
各検出器の取り付け寸法は、外形図の取り付
け寸法を参照してください。
For details regarding mounting dimensions,
refer to each sensor dimensions.
2）ケーブル引き出し部
Cable port
ケーブル引き出し部は、なるべく下へ向けて
ください。
Cable port should face downward.
3）ケーブル
Cable
可動部の曲げRが75mm（φ150）以上となる
ようにしてください。
The bend diameter for movable parts should
never be less than 75 mm(φ150) (robotic
cable).
