５－３．センサチェック
1）動作チェック
Operation check
センサの動作軸を手動で動かし（またはシリンダを手動運転し（シリンダロッドを手で動かす））、センサデータの増加／減少がスムーズに行われるかをチェックします。
Move the sensor manually (move the cylinder (or cylinder rod) manually,), verifying that the position data from the sensor increases and decreases in
a smooth manner.
2）導通・絶縁チェック

以下に示す内容についてチェックしてください。

延長ケーブルの変換器側コネクタでチェックする。
Check the extension cable's converter-side connector.
チェック方法
Check method
テスタ等で、A部またはB部の抵抗値を測定します。コネクタを外している場合は、電線色で識別します。
Use the tester, to measure the circuit resistance between each of the pins at connector "A" and "B". If the connector is
disconnected, identification can be made by the wire color.
導通チェック
Circuit resistance check
抵抗値（巻線抵抗基準値）はセンサ（またはシリンダ）によって異なります。センサ（またはシリンダ）の形式を確認し、各センサ
（またはシリンダ）ごとのチェックリスト（［1２-16］～［12-23］）を参照してください。
The resistance value (reference winding resistance value) varies according to the sensor(or cylinder) model. Verify the
model of the sensor being used, then refer to the checklist page ([12-16]〜[12-23]) for its resistance value.
DC500 Vメガテスタで測定します。
この絶縁チェックを行うには、必ず変換器をセンサから外す必要があります。
詳細はそれぞれのセンサ形式を確認し、各センサ（またはシリンダ）ごとのチェックリスト（［12-16］～［12-23］）を参照してください。

Insulation resistance check
Check with a 500 VDC megatester.
When conducting this insulation check, be sure that the sensor cable is disconnected from the converter.
Verify the model of the sensor (or cylinder) being used, then refer to the checklist page ([12-16]〜[12-23]) for its
resistance value.
