Safety precautions for the prevention of excessive
exposure to microwave energy
Do not try to operate the appliance while the door is open,

as this can lead to you being exposed to a potentially harmful
dose of microwave radiation . It is also important not to break
or manipulate the safety locks .
Do not jam anything between the front of the appliance and

the door, and make sure that there is no food or cleaning
agent residue left on the seals .

Never submerse the appliance, the power cable or the plug

in water or other liquids .
Keep the power cable well away from sources of heat .

Do not route it in front of the microwave oven door . The heat
could damage the cable .
Never pour fluids into the ventilation openings or the safety

locks . If liquids ever get into the vents, switch off the micro-
wave oven immediately and pull the plug from the mains
power socket .
Have the appliance checked by qualified specialists .

appliance repaired as soon as possible by qualified
specialists .
Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself . Removal of
