PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE
ENGINE OIL
LEVEL CHECK
NOTE:
Oil capacity high to low mark is Approx
350ml.
Before checking the oil level warm the
engine for few minutes. Then switch OFF
the ignition and check the oil level.

Place the motorcycle on the centre stand
*
Unscrew the dip stick, note the position of
the "O" ring seal.
*
Visually inspect for oil.
*
If oil is between the high and low marks
refit the dip stick.
*
If oil is only present on the lower end of the
dip stick. Top up as specified above.
*
Run the engine tor ONE minute, leave to
stand for TWO minutes and re check the
level. Top up oil, if required.
OIL CHANGE : (EVERY 6000 KMS)

Keep vehicle on level ground
*
Start the engine and warm up before
draining
*
Drain the oil from oil tank and sump
*
Remove the filter
NOTE: ·
Replace
oil filter element
every 6000 Kms.
