Instructions The control valve, fittings and/or bypass are designed to accommodate minor plumbing misalignments but are not designed to support the weight of a system or the plumbing. Do not use Vaseline, oils, other hydrocarbon lubricants or spray silicone anywhere. A silicon lubricant may be used on black o-rings but is not necessary. -

Installation Fitting Assemblies The installation fittings connect to the control valve or the bypass valve using nuts that ONLY REQUIRE HAND TIGHTENING. Hand tighten nut connections between control valve and installation fittings, control valve and bypass valve, and bypass valve and installation fittings allow for easy serviceability. Do not use a pipe wrench to tighten nuts on installation fittings. -

User Displays General Operation When the system is operating one of two displays will be shown. Pressing UP or DOWN button will alternate between the displays. One of the displays is always the current time of day (to the nearest hour). The second display is the days remaining until next regeneration. -
