Installation

Place the booster seat in a vehicle

seating position equipped with a lap-
shoulder belt.
•
Refer to pages 6–7 to determine the best
seating position for the child.
• Position the booster seat with the back
against the vehicle seat. Adjust recline, if
necessary, for proper fit.
2 Position lap portion of the vehicle belt
over child's upper thighs and both base
belt guides, then buckle (fig. A).
3 Position the shoulder portion of the
vehicle belt through the headrest
beltguide, opposite the buckle (fig. B).
• Shoulder belt must be positioned so it rests
on the child's shoulder. To adjust headrest,
refer to page 11.
