* Failure to follow and/or incorrectly following the instructions,
precautions, safety precautions and warnings contained in this manual
may result in fire or explosion, material damage, and may even result in
serious physical injury or death.
* The barbecue is meant for household use and is only meant for the
preparation of food.
1.1 Assembly
* Assemble the barbecue as explained in the assembly drawings featured in
this manual.
* Incorrect assembly, or not following the correct sequence of assembly as
instructed in the assembly drawings, could lead to very dangerous situations.
* Always be careful and thorough during assembly of the barbecue.
* All parts must be assembled as instructed in the assembly drawings.
* If a part is missing and/or you question the accuracy of the assembly, please
contact your point of sale immediately.
* Never repair or replace parts of this appliance yourself, unless this is explicitly
stated in this manual.
* Never connect a damaged gas hose to the barbecue. This may lead to fire.
* If the barbecue is equipped with a plug, this will be a grounded mains plug, to
protect you from electric shocks. The plug must be plugged into a suitable,
earthed socket. NEVER remove the metal plates from the plug.
* DO NOT modify the appliance.
1.2 Place of use
* Only use the barbecue outdoors (outside) and in a well-ventilated area.
* Never use the barbecue indoors or in any (partly) enclosed space. Toxic
fumes will accumulate, which may cause serious physical injury or may
result in death.
* Never use the barbecue on a flammable or combustible surface.
* Only use the barbecue on a hard, straight, and stable surface that can carry
its weight.
* Keep a minimum of 3 meters distance between the barbecue and all
flammable and/or combustible materials (wood, plastic, foliage, etc.) when
the barbecue is being used.
* Always keep the barbecue away from gasoline and/or other flammable
and/or combustible liquids, gases, fumes, or areas suspected of possibly
containing these.
