Handling and Lifting

The appliance can be handled by using fork-lift or hook equipment of suitable load-carrying
capacity. Before lifting, check the position of the load's centre of gravity.

Position and Fixing

1. Only authorized personnel is allowed to do the installation.
2. Install the appliance according to National Safety Standard about electric-heated standard.
3. Install the appliance under an extractor fan to remove the cooking fumes. Install the appliance separately or
side by side with other appliance according to a recommended range.
4. Place the Electric Bain Marie on solid, flat, and horizontal surface.
5. Adjust the height of the four feet by using brackets.
6. Before turning ON the appliance, remove the protective film. Remove any adhesive with appropriate
solvent.
7. Dispose all packaging materials according to national laws.
