This document shows how to use a UIC device with CRE.
Note: This feature is available for
 U-VPE Service Tool must be running in order to communicate with the EMV and card swipe devices.
(Windows Service).
 UIC Processor doesn't support Manual Credit card entry
 UIC Processor only supports Credit Card Transactions
 Only the UIC SCH001 + MCH200 Devices are Validated/certified in this integration
The build in card reader only support credit card transaction which is encrypted data, hence the
employee swipe is not supported.

    Troubleshooting This section will help when experiencing any issues when trying to complete a transaction with the device. Issue One: If you see this error Pop-up with the description on the Credit Card Information Screen after selecting credit from the amount tendered screen.

    Issue Two: If you insert the EMV card and notice the phase “Please swipe or insert card” doesn’t change. And only the card swiper works. If you swipe an EMV the status will change to “Please Insert Card”. NOTE: You must shut down the tablet. Wait for 20 seconds Turn on the device.
