Possible Cause(s)
1. Too little material in
the cup.
2. Fluid nozzle is not
tight.
3. The needle seal is
damaged.
4. The nozzle set is
dirty or damaged.
1. Air flows through
the paint channel to
the cup. The paint
nozzle is not tight
enough or the air
needle is not
completely screwed
tight.
2. The air filter is
clogged.
3. The o-ring seal is
defective
4. The nozzle insert is
damaged.
Suggested Solution(s)
1. Refill the material in the
cup.
2. Tighten the fluid nozzle.
3. Replace the needle seal.
4. Clean or replace parts.
1. Tighten the paint nozzle and
air needle. Clean or replace
the parts if needed.
2. Clean air filter.
3. Replace o-ring seal.
4. Replace nozzle insert.
