Anchoring the machine in place is recommended. The Pendulum Leg Extension by Rogers Athletic has built-in anchor points allowing it to be bolted down. Rogers Athletic is not responsible for the installation of the anchors. Use a professional contractor to anchor the machine(s). Use 3/8” grade 5 or better fasteners.

User Instructions Push on the top of the seat back to adjust depth. Before starting, adjust seat to specific depth depending on user’s height. To adjust the back of the seat push on the top of the seat to release the wheel locks. Then slide the back to desired depth (user should be sitting on seat and knees should be aligned with bearing pivot of weight arm).

User Instructions (continued) Side handle bars Range of motion Next you sit on the seat with your hands on the side handle bars, and you place your legs so they are behind the pad with your shins touching the pad. From there you can raise your legs so they are straight out in front of you, and then let them down.
