6.1. Regular Maintenance

1) Gas connection hose should be checked at least once a year. If the hose has
signs of aging and tear damage, it should be replaced.
2) Visual inspection of the burner flame; Check that the burner flame is bright
and incandescent while the heater is operating. Having this flame makes it easier
for combustion products to pass through the combustion chamber.
NOTE: Slight difference in color is not important.
3) Cleaning the burner; Clean the burner with compressed air (Max 1400 mbar).
Do not direct the air to the sealing material between the ceramic and the
combustion chamber.
4) Cleaning the manifold and injector; Disconnect the gas connection hose from
the gas valve (Heater must be closed) and supply air to the manifolds and injectors
from the hose with compressed air (max 1400 mbar).
5) Cleaning of dust and foreign matter in the heater; Open the back cover, clean
with compressed air, wipe the moisture with a cloth.
6) Clean the heater's control box, burner, the passages of the circulating air with
a strong cleaner or compressed air. Protect the heater against these contaminants.
7) Under salty weather conditions, it is considered normal to have corrosion
near the sea places. Check this formation and have it repaired immediately.
