• If the temperature does not increase in the heater.
• The burner burns with an explosion sound (Except for slight explosion during
spark plug ignition)
NOTE: Smoke may be observed during the first use of the heater. During
production, smoke and odor may occur due to the burning of the oil on the parts.
This disappears when the heater starts for about 30 minutes.
For the person who assembles;
After the heater has been installed and tested, make sure that the customer /
user has learned to operate and give the operating instructions to the operating
instructions.
6. MAINTENANCE and SERVICE
Regular maintenance is important for efficient operation of the heater.
Maintenance should be done by authorized persons ONLY.
The passage sections of the control box, burner and circulating air should be
kept clean.
It should be reviewed at least every 6 months and should be done more often
in bad conditions. No obstructions should be placed at the exit of the burnt gases
or the air inlet. The area where the heater is located should be kept away from
flammable materials, gasoline or combustible materials. Do not clean the heater
with a cleaner or corrosive substances. No special tools are required for service.
