4.2. Gas Line Installation

Before assembly, check the gas distribution conditions that the gas pressure is
suitable for the device. For proper operation of the devices, the gas inlet pressure
should be 20mbar while the devices are in operation. If more than one device will
be installed, check that the pipes are installed according to the power of the
devices.
• The personnel who carry out gas installation and installation works are for
authorized persons.
• Devices are manufactured to operate at G20 20 mbar gas inlet pressure. 20
mbar inlet pressure should remain constant while the devices are in the working
environment.
• For leak testing of pipe joints with stray soap bubbles.
• Gas connection hoses should not be installed in places where people pass. The
information on which the gas will work with should be checked on the device.
The gas valve mounted on the gas pipeline inlet should be the valve that
complies with the gas rules. It should be reviewed that all connections are tight and
leakage control should be done with soap bubbles. DO NOT LEAK THE OPEN FLAME
WITH OPEN FLAME.
