Problem
Why I cannot access the device
via app?
Can I share the device with family
members?
Why is this device shown in the
list of devices in the app even
after resetting the device?
• Ensure the device is within the range of both your router
and connected smartphone.
• Ensure the projector and your smartphone are both
connected to the 2.4Ghz network. 5Ghz networks are
not compatible for SmarterHome™ connection.
• Wi-Fi is not connected, reset device by long pressing the
power button on the controller for 5-10 seconds.
Reconnect it with the app. Check the Connect to
Smarterhome™ App section of this user guide.
Enable the Device Sharing in the app settings.
The resetting of the device only resets the network
configuration of the spotlights but cannot change the
configuration on the app. You must remove the device
from the app's settings.
