Number of Attendants
If you use the SPIRIT Attendant only for backup call handling or after hours, you
need only one Attendant unless call traffic is heavy, as shown in Table 1-3. When
call traffic is heavy, the number of SPIRIT Attendants required depends on the
number of calls you receive during peak hours. If you know how many calls you
receive per hour during peak hours, use Table 1-3 to estimate how many
Attendants you need. If you don't know how many calls you receive per hour,
use Table 1-4 to estimate how many SPIRIT Attendants you need based on how
many incoming lines your business has. Contact your authorized AT&T
representative to order and install additional SPIRIT Attendants.
