Troubleshooting The following are general checkpoints; please call your local Shimpo representative or contact Shimpo Instruments at (800) 237-7079 for further assistance. Can not find "Setup" file to install Loadmeter software. Double-click the [My Computer] icon on the Windows desktop, double-click [CD-ROM drive], double-click the Loadmeter folder, then double-click the folder named “Disk1”. -
