You can check the Asus website for information about available firmware
downloads. Check your phone to see if the available download is newer
than your current version.
To view and upgrade the phone firmware version:

1. Highlight Firmware Firmware Firmware U p g r a d e U p g r a d e from the Phone Settings U p g r a d e
firmware version installed in the firmware file of the miniSD memory
card shows on a bar below the menu.
2. If a newer firmware version is available, download it to the memory
card. For more information on using the memory card, see the
"Memory Card" section in this chapter.
Store the firmware upgrade file in the firmware file of the memory
card.
3. Press (Back) to return to the previous menu.
Firmware upgrading requires a more power than most operations.
Be sure your battery indicator shows at least two bars before
beginning a firmware upgrade.
