To adjust contrast:
1. Use
settings menu.
2. Press
or right (increase) until the you achieve the desired contrast.

The AC frequency setting compensates for indoor lighting flicker. Select
60 or 50 Hz according to the local AC frequency.
To adjust AC frequency:
1. Use
video settings menu.
2. Press
then press
(up) or (down) to highlight Contrast
(left) or (right) to move the slider to the left (decrease)
. The screen returns to the video recorder display.
(up) or (down) to highlight AC Frequency
(left) or (right)to select 60 Hz or 50 Hz AC frequency,

Changing the AC frequency for video mode also changes the AC
frequency for camera mode.
