Basic design All models in the series REAL 9500 PLUS and REAL 9600 PLUS EL 24V come with a seat, backrest, armrests, base with four castors (standard: 100 mm), manual brake with brake lever (standard: 450 mm) and a fixed angle seat frame that does not permit seat tilting.

Saddle seats are available for the following models: Classic (standard: 360 x 360 mm), Medic (optional), ErgoMedic (optional), Coccyx Cut Out (optional), Round (optional), Round Comfort (optional) and Round Extra (optional).

Manual height adjustment The REAL 9500 PLUS model comes with manual height adjustment and two seat heights: standard and low. These are also available for three different user-weight ranges: 0–55 kg, 55–90 kg and 90–150 kg.

Backrest mechanism The Medic version of the REAL 9500 PLUS and REAL 9600 PLUS EL 24V models is equipped with a backrest mechanism. It comes in both low and high models and is adjustable in terms of height, depth and angle.

The back recliner can be adjusted in the range of 15° forward to 45° backwards. To set the height and angle of the backrest and back recliner, see Standard back mechanism.

The armrest panel .is designed for pain-sensitive users, but also works for users who sit for long periods of time, see Figure 5.33.
