• When installing a butterfly valve downstream of a
control valve or a plunger valve, make sure that
there is enough space between them (minimum
10 x Valve size).

• Butterfly valves of a nominal diameter of up to 42" can be in-
stalled vertically (with gear facing upwards or downwards) in
pipelines.
• In case of valves with larger nominal diameters, a special design
of the valve must be ordered due to the load of the disk.
