Note: Providing complete information as requested will expedite RMA evaluations.
Step 3. Complete our online contact form, or call or email Customer Service to obtain a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 4. Complete and sign the RMA form and return to mTrigger Customer Service.
Adhere to mTrigger's complete return instructions for transportation and packaging
to ship the product (freight and insurance prepaid) with completed and signed RMA
form to mTrigger.
Step 6. Once mTrigger receives and evaluates the product, mTrigger will advise the
purchaser of the warranty service determination and any subsequent action, i.e.
shipment of repair or replacement unit(s).

The label displays the model number and serial number, which encodes the date of
manufacture as the lot number as well as the individual device's Bluetooth pairing
number.
