1. Go to settings and select Wireless & Networks. If you see the screen below (right) click
'more settings'
2. Go to Mobile Network and select Network Operators
You may at this point see this message "Unable to search networks while you're data service
is active. Do you want to disconnect the data service and search the available networks?"
Click OK
