Equipment and Tools
DC power supply
DC output voltage : +1.5 Vdc ± 0.1 V
DC ammeter
DC volt meter (or Digital multimeter)
Connector 4P (Part No. 1-566-425-11)
Switch and Control Setting
Same as "1. Switch and Control Initial Setting" on page 3-2.
Procedure
(1) Remove the case (upper) from the WRR-862A/862B
unit. (For removal, refer to the Section 2.)
(2) Current Consumption Check during Battery Operation
1. Connect a DC power supply (+6 Vdc ± 0.1 V) as
shown in the figure below.

2. Check the level on the DC ammeter.
DC ammeter indication level
(under no-RF signal input and SQUELCH
OFF mode) : 220 mA or less
(3) Current Consumption Check during External Power
Supply Operation
1. Connect a DC power supply (+12 Vdc ± 0.1 V) as
shown in the figure below.
