28025 - Cordless soldering iron station

Description
The soldering iron can be used to solder in places where external power is not provided. Ergonomic design
for comfortable use. Easy-to-change soldering tips with short heating time. Charging is simple, wireless and is
automatic when placed in its holder. The pad has a microUSB connector, so it can be powered from any external
USB device (network adapter, powerbank, laptop, etc...)
Charging
Connect the USB charging cable (microUSB) to the holder (5 V -2 A). Insert the solder into the solder holder until it
hits the end, with the solder power button facing up. The charging process is indicated by a red LED.
Use
Remove the solder from the holder and hold down the power button during soldering. It takes a few seconds to
heat the soldering tip to the operating temperature. Operation is indicated by a blue LED. After use, put it back in
the holder, charging is possible at any battery capacity.
Soldering tip
Different types of solder tips can be used for different types of work. Wait for the tip to cool before replacing it, and
then unscrew the fastener nut. Pull the tip out of the case, then insert the next, then tighten the nut. The soldering
tip also contains the heating insert in all cases.
Cleaning: Heat the soldering tip and then remove any dirt with the supplied cleaning cloth or a wet sponge.
Battery
The battery is a standard 18650 Li-ion, it is a protected type. If necessary, it can be replaced or removed from the
solder. Twist the solders grip down a few turns and pull it off to free the battery.
Warning
Only place the worn-out battery in the designated collection spot, and make sure the polarity is correct when
replacing. Failure to do so may result in incorrect replacement.
Safety and Maintenance
- When in use, the soldering tip is hot! Don't touch it! Do not immerse in water!
- Leave the solder to cool down naturally before use!
- Do not replace the soldering tip while it is warm!
- The soldering tip has a special coating, so never try to sand it grab it because the coating will be ruined right away!
- Do not use the product with flammable materials!
- Protect the product from mechanical damage!
- Do not use in a wet environment!
- Do not modify the product!
- Only use genuine FAHRENHEIT parts!
- The soldering process involves smoke, make sure that the workplace has good ventilation!
