Important information
The scooter is designed for operation on public roads with a driver and a
passenger.
Any improper use of the vehicle will void both the manufacturer's warranty
and statutory warranty.
All interventions to improve the performance, speed, and other interventions
that fundamentally alter the scooter's properties are punishable and legal
steps will be taken. Such interventions will void the manufacturer's warranty,
any other warranties, and the operating permit. Changes to the chassis
number are punishable under criminal and administrative law. The owner will
be held liable.
The max. design speed of 25/45 km/h may not be exceeded.
The scooter identification numbers are:
- The chassis number ("VIN") (see page 19/44)
Driver's Licence Categories
The vehicle can be approved for use on public roads and may be operated with
the following licence permit categories:
Kumpan 54 inspire restricted at 25 km/h
- From 15 years with a moped certificate
Kumpan 54 inspire 45 km/h
- Driver's licence categories AM, A1
- Driver's licence categories A, B
- Former categories 1, 1b, 1a, 3, 4
