1.0 MEANING OF SAFETY SIGNAL WORDS
A safety related message is identified by a safety alert symbol and a signal word to indicate the level of risk involved with a
particular hazard. Per ANSI standard Z535.4-1998 the definitions of the three signal words are as follows:
DANGER
WARNING
CAUTION
2.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
The Task Force Tips Industrial and Masterstream nozzles are deluge nozzles with clean far reaching straight stream. They are
adjustable from straight stream to a dense fog pattern. Their rugged construction is compatible with the use of fresh water as well as fire
fighting foam solutions. A summary of each nozzle's characteristics is shown in the tables below.
