Thighs (5 minutes each for the left and right legs)
Place a hand on the body of the device, apply the electrode part rmly
to the skin, and move it.
(1) Apply the device to the inner side of the thigh and move it from the
knee to the groin.
(2) Apply the device to the back of the thigh and move it from the knee
to the groin.
Press the electrode part around the skin indicated with
