- Page 12 How to Attach the Strap When attaching the main unit to your neck, use the strap if the electrodes do not fit against your skin properly or if the size is too loose and there is a risk that the device will fall off during use. We also recommend using the strap when the electrodes are slippery due to cosmetics. Remove the USB charging cable. ・ At an indoor temperature of approximately 25° C, it will take about 3 hours to reach a full charge, which will allow the device to operate for about 3 and a half hours. Actual charging and operating time will differ depending upon the remaining power and the charging environment. * If charging has not begun after about 10 seconds, check whether the USB charging cable or the AC adapter is loose. - Page 14 ATTENTION ・ B e sure to attach the magnetic charging terminal in the correct direction. Charging will not begin if the magnetic charging terminal is attached in the wrong direction. ・ I f there is moisture on the main unit or the magnetic charging terminal, be sure to wipe the water off thoroughly. If there is moisture on the magnetic charging terminal while charging, the device may malfunction. ・ W hen charging the battery for the first time after purchasing the device, use the device only after the battery is fully charged. ・ W hen using the device for the first time or when the device has not been used for an extended period of time, it is possible that you will be unable to use the device for very long even with a full charge displayed. In such a case, charge the device again before using it. ・ U se only the enclosed USB charging cable.

Thoroughly moisturize your skin using your regular skin care. We recommend using Medi Lift Gel. When you wish to increase the EMS intensity, apply serum liberally to the heat electrodes. Using the Medi Lift Neck Sheet Mask as a special treatment is also recommended. Differences in moisture levels between the left and right sides of the face may cause a difference in sensation. EMS sensation between the left and right sides of the face may also differ depending on the degree of contact between the electrodes and your skin. ATTENTION ・ Attach the main unit to your neck while the main unit power is switched OFF. ・ Be sure to tie your hair back when putting on the silicone mask. ・ Be careful that your hair does not get caught in the main unit of the device while you are attaching it. ・ Check to make sure that the four electrodes on the main unit (two on the right side and two on the left) are firmly touching your skin. If the connection is loose, it may not be possible to use the device correctly. If the connection is loose, be sure to attach the strap. ・ If you use an oil-based leave-in hair conditioner, be careful that the conditioner does not come in contact with the main unit. ・ Be careful to ensure that there is always moisture, such as serum, between your skin and the electrodes. Insufficient moisture may not only prevent the device from functioning correctly but may also reduce sensation and cause skin problems.

Rub any remaining serum into your skin. If you wish to turn off the device half way through treatment, press the POWER OFF button down for at least 1 second. ATTENTION ・ As a general guide, use the device once a day (up to a maximum of twice a day). * The above information is a guide only. Please observe your skinʼs condition and use the device accordingly. * If you perceive a skin abnormality, immediately stop using the device. * When using the device continuously, we recommend that you have intervals of four hours or longer between treatments when using the Heater and Moisture Pulse functions only (Level 0) and intervals of 10 hours or longer when using the EMS function (Levels 1‒4).

Wet a piece of soft cloth with water and firmly wring it dry before wiping away stains. ・ For stubborn stains, wipe gently with a cloth soaked in a diluted neutral detergent. Keep the device out of the reach of children or pets. ● Maintenance and inspection ● If you have not used the device for an extended period, inspect it carefully and check that the device works properly and safely before using it again. If the device is malfunctioning, go to ʻTroubleshootingʼ (p. 27) and attempt to identify the problem before arranging to have the device ● repaired. ● If the device malfunctions, appears damaged, or needs service, please contact your local distributor.
