Installing LeverLock™ Backplanes
1. Partially install #10-24 x 1/4" Phillips screws with external
tooth washers (X) into holes on sides of PAC box. (See
Figure 10)
2. Slide each adapter (V) inside PAC box. (See Figure 10)
3. Tighten #10-24 x 1/4" Phillips screws with external tooth
washers (X) to secure adapter (V) to PAC box. (See Figure
10)

4. Slide LeverLock™ backplanes (U) into adapter (V) slots on
one side of PAC527L box (A). (See Figure 11)

5. Slide LeverLock™ backplanes into adapter slots on
opposite side, making sure it "clicks" into place. (See Figure
12)

6. If required, break the LeverLock™ backplanes (U) along the
scored mid-line. (See Figure 13)

7. Attach components to LeverLock™ backplanes following
component manufacturer's instructions.
