When the spray intensity seems to be weakening
Please clean the filter if the water jet is weak.
(1) Close the switch wrench of water supply angle valve to stop water supply.
(2) Remove the water supply hose equipped with the filter.
* Remove the water supply hose equipped with the filter after loosening the
hexagon nut.
* Place a washbasin beneath as a small amount of water will spill out at this
point.
(3) Remove the filter.
(4) Flush away the dirt adhering to the filter until it is completely removed.
(5) Install the filter.
(6)Turn on the water supply angle valve.
Instructions for Installation at Public Places
* The instructions for installation of more than one toilet at public places (hotel, supermarket, school, etc.) (in a row or column).
The following instructions do not apply to installation in a private bathroom.
* Contact an authoritative professional if you want to modify the installation method or settings of this product.
1. Change transmission signal of remote
controller
(1) Remove batteries of remote controller
(2) According to signal table in the following figure, press
corresponding button while installing batteries, and
hold for 6 seconds. (20s for Feminine or Posterior).
(3) When transmission signal changes, battery indicator
of remote controller will flash accordingly. (Flashing
times of battery indicator vary with the corresponding
signal change)
2.Change of signal received by the E-bidet
(1)Temporarily unplug the power plug of the seat that
needs to change signal.
(2)Then, insert the power plug, and press Stop switch
continuously more than 10 times within 10 seconds.
Note: When performing the above operation, do not turn on or off the indoor main power switch.
※ If more than one shower toilet is powered on at the same time, the signal received by other toilets may change.
General Trouble Shooting
Problem
1. Faulty flushing a. The water line is lower than required
b. The flush valve flap closes too fast or fails to open
c. The flush button or handle is damaged and needs to be replaced
d. The water pressure is too low
e. The sewage drain or sewage pipe is clogged
f. The water tank cleaner contains sediment
g. The building has no pipe vent
a. The water level is higher than the overfall gap
2.Water leakage
b. Close the inlet angle valve. If the water still penetrates into the toilet,
check if the water flap is deformed or the rubber seal is defective.
c. Close the inlet valve. If the water still penetrates into the toilet even
when the water level is lower than the overfall gap, there may be dirt
in the inlet water stop valve.
d. The outlet valve control flap is too tight to close completely.
e. The flush valve handle button needs to be replaced

a. Re-adjust the water level to the correct waterline
b. Check for dirt attached to the outlet valve flap

d. Normal water pressure must be above 0.14Mpa

f. Clean the water tank and stop using the tank detergent
g. Install the pipe vent
a. Re-adjust the water level to the correct waterline
b. Replace or adjust the rubber seal ring or replace the
outlet valve as needed
c. Close the inlet valve, remove the plastic cap of the inlet
valve, reinstall or replace the water stop valve element
after cleaning
d. Replace the water outlet valve

a. Reinstall according to the installation instructions
b. Water pressure must not exceed 0.75Mpa
