INTRODUCTION

Thank you for selecting American Standard – the benchmark of fine quality for over 150 years. To ensure this product is installed properly, please read these instructions carefully before you begin. Certain installations may require professional help.
Inspect your product thoroughly before installing. Take extra care in handling surfaces of the bidet seat and use only non-abrasive cloths to avoid scratching. Report any damages or missing parts immediately to customer care by calling 855-815-0004. Follow the prompts for consumer/ bathing. Local building codes vary by location.

  • Observe all local plumbing and building codes.
  • Wear protective equipment during installation to avoid injury.
  • Please keep these instructions for after care and customer service details.

  • The water pressure limit is from 0.07 to 0.6 MPa (10-87PSI). Please use as instructed.
  • The water shut-off valve should be near to where the product can be installed and dismantled.

INSTALLATION

PRODUCT INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

  1. Insert the bolts in sliding plates.
  2. Press the release button and remove the seat mounting plate.
  3. Insert bolts with sliding plates into the Seat Mounting Plate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

  1. Install the nuts into the holes in the toilet bowl.
  2. Place the Mounting plate with bolts and sliding plates onto the toilet bowl. Align the bolts and sliding plate with the seat post hole.
  3. Screw the bolts into the nuts. Do not fully tighten.
  4. After mounting the mounting plate, slide the bidet seat fully into position until it clicks into place.
  5. Adjust the bidet seat evenly over the toilet bowl.
  6. Press the quick release button to release the seat.
  7. Fully tighten the bolts once the bidet seat is in correct position.
  8. Reinstall the bidet seat until it fully clicks into position.

CONNECTING WATER HOSE

  1. Shuting off the water valve and detach water pipe from the water tank. Connect the T-shaped connector to the water tank and the water valve. Make sure that rubber packing is inserted in between shut-off valve and T-shaped connector.

  2. Reconnect water supply hose with T-shaped connector, and fully tighten.

  • Do not lift the product with the seat cover and seat open.
  • Cannot use with the hot water which temperature is higher than 104°F.
    This may cause a mechanical trouble.

OPERATION

4 separate positions

20° upwards or 20° downwards: for nozzle self-cleaning.

45° upwards - Back Cleansing
45° upwards - Front Cleansing

0° — OFF

CARE AND CLEANING

  1. CLEANING SEAT AND LID
    Use a smooth sponge/cloth with a mild cleanser to clean the product. Do not use the following: hydrogen chloride detergent, paint thinner, benzene, abrasive paper, polishing agent, fragrances and insecticide, etc.
  2. CLEAN THE NOZZLE
    Pull out the nozzle softly and use smooth cloth/sponge or toothbrush with a mild cleanser to clean the nozzle.
  3. TO RELEASE THE WHOLE BIDET SEAT
    Press the button, pull the seat forward.

DO NOT USE HARSH CHEMICALS ON TUB SURFACE
Do not use wire brushes, knives or sharp objects to remove stains, cigarette tar deposits, or other surface blemishes. Abrasive cleaners or powders must not be used, since they will dull the surface.
Do not wax areas where you walk or stand.
Do not allow nail polish remover, acetone, dry cleaning fluid, paint remover or other solvents to come into contact with the surface.
Clean the surrounding surface immediately after using caustic drain cleaners.
Burning cigarettes will damage the surface.
Should damage to the fixture occur, repairs can be made quickly and easily. Your distributor or builder can provide details.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

  1. LEVER REPLACEMENT
    As per figure A, remove the old lever along the axis direction.
    As per figure B, insert the new lever rib into the corresponding control valve slot. The installation is completed with a "click" sound.

  2. NOZZLE TIP REPLACEMENT
    As per figure A, pull out the nozzle and remove the nozzle tip along the axis direction as per figure B, insert the new nozzle tip into the nozzle along the corresponding slot.
  3. WATER HOSE LEAKAGE
    If water leakage is detected from the water hose, re-tighten the hose connection.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

STATUS CAUSE SOLUTION
Water flow to pressure is too low during Cleansing/Bidet
  1. Low water pressure of the unit
  1. Adjust the water pressure volume by the lever
  2. Assure the nozzle tips are clean
  1. Low water pressure of water supply
  1. Check if the water pressure is above 10 psi
  2. Fully open the shut-off valve
  3. Check if there are any kinks on the water supply hose
No water comes out during Cleansing/Bidet
  1. Water shut-off valve is turned off/
  2. Filter net of T-shaped connector is stuck
  3. Nozzle tip is stuck
  4. External water pressure is low
  1. Turn on the water shut-off valve
  2. Clean the filter net of T-shaped connector
  3. Take off and clean the nozzle tip
  4. Increase external water pressure
Water dripping into the bowl when using the unit
  1. External water pressure is too high
  1. The maximum water pressure of the unit is 0.6 MPa


Do not disassemble, repair or modify the unit
