Mine just keeps showing high. No numbers just high. It was working before how do I fix reset this. I have replaced batteries and still same

Temperature Calibration Method • To calibrate the Non-Contact Infrared Forehead Thermometer, first take the subject’s temperature with a CLINICAL THERMOMETER. The result will be 36.5°C (99.5°F), for example.
