Please read this instruction booklet carefully
before using the appliance, and save it for future
reference. Failure to follow and observe these
instructions could result in an accident.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

BEFORE USE:

- Remove the protective film from the appliance.
- Prepare the appliance according to the desired
function:

FILLING WITH WATER:

- Disconnect the iron from the power source.
- Open the cap of the water tank.
- Fill the water tank to the MAX level and close
the cap. Fig.2
- If you have hard water, it is advisable to use
distilled or demineralised water.
- Do not use scented or chemically softened
water.
USE:
- Completely unroll the cord and the hose before
plugging in.
- IMPORTANT: Check that the anti-scale filter
is correctly installed inside before using the
appliance (Fig. 1)
- Fill the tank, taking care to respect the MAX
level (Fig. 2)
- Connect the appliance to the electric mains.
(Fig. 3)
- Move the steam (C) and temperature controls
(E) to the position corresponding to the desired
temperature. (Figs 4)
- The pilot light (B) comes on (Fig. (3)
- During the heating process, the ECO or MAX
indicator will flash, depending on which is cho-
sen, until the vaporiser is ready, at which point
the light will remain constant indicating that it
is ready to iron without any risk. This process
takes about 60 sec. and is controlled by the
product's electronics.
- Do not use temperatures higher than those
indicated on the garments to be ironed.
- ● Temperature for synthetic fibres
(Polyester, Nylon...).
- ●● Temperature for silk, wool.
- ●●● Temperature for cotton.
- Max Temperature for linen.
- If the garment has various kinds of fibres, se-
lect the temperature for the fibre that requires
the lowest temperature. (For example, select
the temperature for polyester for a fabric with
60% polyester and 40% cotton).
- When the pilot light (B) turns off, and the pilot
light (N) is constant this will indicate that the
appliance has reached the proper temperature.
- Squeeze the steam trigger (C) continuously for
10 seconds.
- During use, the pilot light (B) will automatically
turn on and off, thus indicating that the heating
elements are operating to maintain the desired
temperature.

DRY IRONING:

- The appliance has the option of dry ironing
(without steam). To engage this option DO NOT
OPERATE THE BUTTON ON THE IRON
STEAM IRONING:
- You can iron with steam as long as the tank
has water and the selected temperature is
adequate.
