The Task menu window appears.
The Instructional Content Task Menu Window
By default, all tasks are checked. Check or uncheck desired tasks.
Click Instructions for additional task descriptions.
Adjust additional parameters under Options as desired.
5. When ready, click Start.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the task. Instructions are also located
near the top of the screen where the heart rate is usually located.
When all tasks are completed, the Results window appears. (Clicking the Instructional
Content button or pressing the Enter key will also end the tasks and display the results.)
Depending on the type of task, the Results window allows you to view a Demo,
How-To instructions, Retry, return to Main Menu, or Close and exit tasks.
